Shortly after a candidate completes the WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit, scores are made available to you. You will have access to two types of score reports: individual and roster. Scores are valid for one year after the assessment administration date.
Individual score reports give you a greater understanding of each candidate
The easy-to-understand Individual Profile allows you to explore a particular candidate in detail. You will find an Expected Job Fit Indicator that indicates a candidate's likelihood of success in the job, based on actual job performance of successful employees in jobs similar to the one for which you are hiring, as well as scores across the Six Behavioral Competencies.
The Expected Job Fit Indicator score ranges from 0–100 with higher scores indicating better job performance. The behavioral competency scores range from Low to High with higher scores indicating stronger performance.
Roster reports enable you to easily compare candidates
The Profile Roster Report allows you, at a glance, to compare multiple candidates on the same criteria. You will find results for a selected group of candidates, including the Expected Job Fit Indicator that indicates likelihood of success in the job and the Behavioral Competencies performance scores.
Make informed hiring decisions based on reliable data
The information provided on the roster and individual score report will help you identify the candidate who is the best fit for the job. By adding the WorkFORCE Assessment for Job Fit to your recruitment process, you can help your organization gain the competitive edge it needs to grow and succeed.
