ABOUT THE GPHR CREDENTIAL
The HRCI Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) is a competency-based credential designed to validate the skills and knowledge of HR professionals who operate across borders. It demonstrates mastery of cross-border HR responsibilities, including strategies of globalization, development of HR policies that support organizational global growth, employer retention, and creation of programs, processes, and tools that achieve worldwide business goals.
The GPHR certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the accrediting body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. To become certified, candidates must meet professional experience and educational requirements before taking the exam. To remain certified, credential holders must stay current in the HR profession and recertify every three years.
