2024 GPHR Recertification Webinars (15 hours Global Credit)

Eligibility: If you are a GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certified professional, this accelerated 4-week Program, developed by GPHR professionals for GPHR professionals, is for you. To remain certified, you must stay current in the HR profession and recertify every three years. This includes completing 15 hours of Global HRM continuing education credits for each recertification cycle.

This asynchronous online program can help you complete all your Global Credits in 8 highly interactive online sessions, led by Global HR professional and ISO HRM Registered Expert, Lorelei Carobolante, GPHR, and other GPHR-certified Global HR practitioners who share real-world experiences and strategic HR approaches for today’s fast-paced and continually changing the workplace. The asynchronous program includes access to recorded webinars, followed by knowledge check questions, which must be completed before issuance of your HRCI Program ID confirming the pre-approved Global Credits. Introducing the Presenters
Lorelei Carobolante is a global human capital management consultant-practitioner and Registered Expert in ISO HR management standards. As an ISO Registered Expert, she represents the HR practitioners’ perspective and has served in ISO Technical Committee 260 HR Management leadership roles for several years. Lorelei has a Global MBA from St. Mary’s College, and holds the GPHR, SHRM-SCP, SGMS, and SCRP professional certifications. Her workforce management research and practice include managing international assignment and local employees; upstream/downstream vendor management and global expansion; risk management and compliance, compensation and benefits; ethical and socially responsible AI; workplace communication/language; and HRM auditing and certification.

Margie Cain is the Vice President Human Resources for a multinational global services firm in the energy sector, with strong executive-level experience involving resolution of human resource management concerns and issues for more than 20 years. Margie has an MA, Human Resource Development from George Washington University, and holds the GPHR, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR professional certifications. Her responsibilities include guiding and analyzing HR operations, and managing strategic HR policies and processes for the IGS multinational enterprise across North America, Asia, Middle East, Europe, Kazakhstan and parts of South America. IGS is a fast-growing, ambitious global engineering services firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and a world leader in industrial equipment efficiency and reliability solutions.
